BLYTHEVILLE — Like they did the day before, the Batesville Junior High basketball teams won and lost against their 5A-East District basketball opponents from Mississippi County here Friday.
Thursday in Batesville, the Junior Lady Pioneers downed the Blytheville Junior Lady Chickasaws. Friday they did it again, winning 33-18 in a game that had been postponed on Dec. 18 due to weather-related road conditions.
Kassie Foreman scored 10 points to help Batesville finish the regular season with a 9-5 record in the district and a 14-7 overall mark.
