Moxleys to celebrate 70th anniversary
Lonnie and Ruth Moxley will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at their home.
Ruth Jernigan and Lonnie Moxley were married at 1 p.m. on Dec. 28, 1938, in the home of Clyde Hance in Newark. Witnesses were Lillian Woodson and Archie Baxter. Guests were the bride's sister, Fannie Mae Boultinghouse, and her daughters. -
Hughes, Nesler plan
LITTLE ROCK – Camille Hughes and Nicholas Nesler of Little Rock have announced their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Elvis and Marguerite Paslay of Floral, Frank and Connie Sydor of Wheaten, Ill., the late Lino Liberatore of Floral and the late Jerry Herman of Tracey, Calif. She is the granddaughter of Leanore Herman Vallone of McHenry, Ill., Frank and Mickey Koster of Plainfield, Ill., the late Lino Liberatore Sr. and the late Florence Liberatore of Chicago, the late Sarah Trudeau of Batesville and the late Manuel Herman of Chicago. -

Emily Britt Polston and Kyle Wayne Mathes have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Karla Wilson of Batesville and the granddaughter of Bonnie Smith of Strawberry and the late Johnny Smith. -
Bramletts to celebrate
Donald and Paula Bramlett will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Dec. 27 at home with family.
Paula Danielle Weigel and Donald Wayne Bramlett were married Dec. 27, 1958, after a 14-month courtship. They were married by a justice of the peace in Carpentersville, Ill. -
Napiers to mark 50th
SIDNEY – Oval and Elizabeth Napier will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise reception at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sidney Baptist Church.
They were married Dec. 21, 1958.
They have seven children, Oval Napier Jr. of Kentucky, Debbie Faulkner of Sidney, Jerry Napier of Virginia, Patricia Norris and Scottie Napier, both of Cave City, and Jacqueline Beckum of Pleasant Plains, and the late Ronnie Napier; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. -
