HARDY — Robert L. “Bob” and Sherlian Kay Russell of Hardy, formerly of Salem, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Highland Hills Baptist Church, located at highways 62 and 412 in Highland.
Sherlian Kay French and Robert L. “Bob” Russell were married July 2, 1960, at Mammoth Spring First Baptist Church with E.O. Flowers officiating.
Bill and Alice Wolford are celebrating their 61st anniversary today.
William E. Wolford and Alice Ann Mothershead were married on June 25, 1949 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in DeSota, Mo.
They are both long time members of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Batesville. The couple has four children, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Bob and Ruth Tuggle were honored by their children and grandchildren on their 50th wedding anniversary. The celebration was held June 5 at John 3:16 Ministries in Charlotte. After lunch, there was a time of remembrance of the life that the couple has shared for the past 50 years.
BETHESDA — William and Lynn Bracewell of Bethesda celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary Sunday.
They were married June 20, 1980.
They have two children, Justin Bracewell of Batesville and Cody Bracewell of Bethesda.
Mr. Bracewell is an employee of the Batesville School District. Mrs. Bracewell is an employee of Flowers Baking Company.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — Jacqulyn Krepps and Robert Mullins were united in marriage in a private double-ring ceremony May 5 on the beach in Panama City, Fla.

The couple repeated their vows in a formal ceremony with family and friends at sunset on May 15 on the sands of Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. The vows were said under a bamboo arbor made by the groom, draped with white sheer material.
The bride is the daughter of Jack and Linda Krepps of Batesville. The groom is the son of Donna Mullins of Pensacola, Fla.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Creech of Batesville were honored on the event of their 65th wedding anniversary with a luncheon, hosted by their four children: Judy Creech James, Linda Creech Moser and Gary Creech, all of Batesville, and Jim Creech of Jonesboro.
Herbert Creech and Martha Long were married on May 30, 1945, at the Salado home of the Rev. E.I. Sneed. Mr. Creech is retired from the United States Air Force, and Mrs. Creech is retired from White-Rodgers.
In addition to their five children, the couple has seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
