    Suit has been filed here in Independence County Chancery Court by the Midwest Dairy Co. of Illinois against the city of Batesville, Mayor C.F. Cole and City Marshal B.H. Hinkle. The company is seeking legal action to block the city from collecting a $50 fee for bringing beer into the city to retail houses.
