ASH FLAT – A hit-and-run accident in Sharp County on Thursday led to the arrest of a man on drug-related charges, said Sheriff T.J. “Sonny” Powell.
A woman arrested for calling 9-1-1 now faces charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after she couldn’t make up her mind about remaining in the Independence County Jail.
Two pairs of juveniles were arrested Friday and are being held for separate burglary charges.
