    Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Orr of Roanoke, Va., have announced the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Stacy Lauren Orr, to Michael William Webb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob “Rick” Webb.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Connie Dew of Barnwell, S.C., and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Orr of Columbia, S.C.
    She is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in business management and is the financial aid and student services coordinator for the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy.

    Jim and Rhonda Reddock of Batesville will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary Monday.
    Rhonda Kay Duke and James Floyd Reddock were married Sept. 15, 1984, at South Orlando Baptist Church in Orlando, Fla., by the Rev. John McKinney.
    They have a son, J.T. Reddock of Batesville; a daughter, Jessica Rose of Batesville; and two grandchildren, Lilly Kay Rose and Jayci May Reddock, both of Batesville.
    A celebratory trip to Branson, Mo., is planned.

    NEWPORT — Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rutledge will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Train Depot in Newport.
    Mr. Rutledge is retired from Rutledge Electric, a company he started 50 years ago. Mrs. Rutledge, the former Vernadene McDoniel, retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 30 years of service. They are long-time members of Holden Avenue Church of Christ.
