    SULPHUR ROCK — Burt and Diane Power of Sulphur Rock will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at 2 p.m. Saturday at Timber Ridge Lodge in Charlotte.
    Diane VanNocker and Burt Power were married Oct. 10, 1959, in Rough and Ready, Calif.
    Mr. Power is a farmer. Mrs. Power has been a supervisor at Batesville Youth Center for the past 23 years. They are members of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Batesville.
    They have a son, Bobby Power of Perkins, Okla.; and three daughters, Sabrina Williams of Beebe and Rhea Jennings and Mary Turner, both of Sulphur Rock.

    Ralph McBryde and Francis Marzelle Hartsell were married Sept. 29, 1938 at the Methodist parsonage at Sherrill.
    She is a native of Union County. He is a native Lincoln County and was a chiropractor in Pine Bluff for 40 years until his retirement in 1982.
    Both are members of the Main Street Church of Christ at Evening Shade.
