Katrina Rowe and Nick Fudge were united in marriage Feb. 11 in a private double-ring ceremony.
The Rev. Frank Shell officiated. Music was provided by Jeff Zelasko, who played the couple’s favorite songs on piano.
A candlelit reception followed. Gourmet cupcakes and hors d’oeuvres were served.
After a wedding trip to a private cabin at Greers Ferry Lake, the couple resides in Batesville.

She is a 2010 graduate of Hillcrest High School and attends Arkansas Academy of Hair Design in Paragould.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Edward Pretty Jr. and Nettie Pretty of Diaz, the late Bonnie Glenn and the late Carlon Williams.
She is a Batesville High School graduate and received a bachelor’s in marketing management from Arkansas State University. She owns Meals for Moms in Jonesboro.
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Bentley of Batesville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Friday.
Martha Ann Marshall and Larry Bentley were married March 11, 1961, at First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ed Dodson officiated.
They have two children, Marshall Brent Bentley and Laura Pickren; and four grandchildren, Zac, Roxanne, Griffin and Scarlett.

Mary Jordan and Bob Slaughter were married March 9, 1951, in Sheridan with the Rev. Bryan Stevens officiating.
Dr. Slaughter retired after having been a family doctor in Batesville since 1958. Mrs. Slaughter has been a housewife for 60 years.

The bride is the daughter of Randy and Kathy Huskey of Batesville and W.O. and Leah Ann Watson of Strawberry. She is a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville, a 2009 graduate of Lyon College with a bachelor of science in business administration and is pursuing a master’s in adult education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Bobby and Lavone Hagar of Batesville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday in the home economics building on Walnut Street (on the former Grubbs School campus) in Grubbs.
Ira L. Limbert and Bobby D. Hagar were married Feb. 25, 1961, in Newport with J.G. Rutledge officiating.
They have a son, Shawn Hagar and his wife, Belynda, of Batesville.
Mr. Hagar retired from the U.S. Army after 25 years of active duty service. Mrs. Hagar is a homemaker.
