    Hayden and Fern McClure will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 25.
    Fern Shaw and Hayden McClure were married Aug. 25, 1951, in a home wedding in Newark. The Rev. Clyde Hance officiated.
    The McClures moved in Memphis in 1955. Mr. McClure retired from Kellogg’s Cereal Company in Memphis. Mrs. McClure retired as a hairstylist after 29 years. They moved to Batesville after retirement.

    Mr. Haley is a retired owner and operator of the Bonanza Sirloin Pit in Sherwood. Mrs. Haley is a registered nurse and is retired from Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock.
