CUSHMAN — The 21st annual Miner’s Day at Cushman was held last weekend with more than 2,500 people in attendance, according to Debbie Covington, president.

The Cushman Ladies Auxiliary raffle included a handmade quilt won by  Carolyn Gipson and a Thompson/Center Venture rifle was won by Jason Skelton. The antique car show People’s Choice award went to Tim Brown. The antique tractor People’s Choice award went to Everett Cooper. First Community Bank won first place in the parade followed by Cushman School float in second; Cheyenne Skelton won third place.
